Bigbreathe Double Action V-PEP/IMT is a breathing trainer that helps easier mucus removal and expands lung capacity effectively. It increases your diaphragm thickness and lung capacity through inhalation. And through exhalation, the ball put into the device oscillates and vibrates your lung, so it helps you clear your throat and spit out phlegm well.
Adjustable Resistance | There are 9 levels of resistance that have different air pressure values. You can choose any level you want only by turning the pressure control device left/right. Bigger number means higher resistance. You can increase lung capacity and strengthen respiratory muscles step by step.
Vibrating Balls Included | There are two balls for this device, which are bigger ball and smaller ball. So anyone can use this device regardless of age and physical strength. When you put the ball into the device and exhale, it oscillates and causes vibration inside the chest wall. Then it removes mucus and phlegm easily.
Easy to Use & Clean | To exercise, set the resistance level, cover the mouthpiece with your mouth, and breathe in and out for 3-5 seconds each. Thirty minutes of exercise a day is good for getting the effects. To wash it, separate the mouthpiece, pressure device, cap, and vibration ball from the body and clean all of them using water.
